The winning entry, as voted for by Preston Blog readers, is produced by Kerry Sholicar, a graphic design graduate from UCLan. The plan appears to be to combine the Fishergate Hill surgery and Ashton Doclands Medical Centre together in a site that is currently the Hartington Courts recreation area – including a bowling green, basketball and a footie kick a around.
