Tree O’Clock at Ashton Park
300 trees will be planted in Ashton Park, Preston as part of a world record attempt.
On Saturday 5th December 2009 from 11 AM the Council are taking part in Tree O’Clock, a Guiness World Record Attempt to plant 600,000 in an hour.
You can either join in with the event on Ashton Park or plant a tree in your own garden.
The event is part of the BBC Breathing Spaces campaign.
