New Fitness Club for Women

A new women’s only gym has just been launched by the Mayor of Preston. Councillor Keith Sedgewick and his wife Patricia attended the opening of Energie, an informal fitness club designed for women who are new to exercise.
The club itself is very welcoming with staff on hand to guide members through the circuits and an introductory exercise programme tailored to the individual. The gym offers a circuit of motorised equipment which are comfortable and easy to use, working with the machines you can start to feel the benefits. The second weight loss circuit is comprised of the more traditional style machines and step boxes. Also on offer is a therapy room and free parking.
The Lady Mayoress was keen to try out the motorised machines, and later the Lord and Lady Mayor later joined the members and staff in the coffee lounge.
The club regularly run offers and promotions with discounts on memberships. Contact for more information.
