Open mic night to re-start at Mad Ferret

Preston pub the Mad Ferret is re-starting its open mic nights.
The acoustic nights will take place every Wednesday and the first will see local band One English Pound headline.
The Facebook group setup for the event said:
This is not just an ordinary open mic night. Our evening will compromise of full live band gear, drum kit, bass amp, guitar amp, keyboard, mic’s and DI’s so you can come down and literately plug and play. Even if you have backing tracks, come down and we’ll feed it through our P.A.
This is not going to be the standard open mic that you might see, any style of music is welcome, from Indie to MC’s and Classical to Metal. Anything goes, just enjoy yourself.
The nights start from 9 PM on Wednesday 21st April 2010 at the Fylde Road pub.
