Deepdale will play host a huge party on Saturday 7th April as the club celebrates Sir Tom Finney’s 90th birthday week.

The PNE Day’s are expected to boost gate numbers for the clash with MK Dons, and family entertainment, prizes and much more will be part of the show.

Deepdale Duck said: “I’m really looking forward to the challenge – it will certainly test my quackability.

“I would like to thank the Club’s family stand sponsor SPAR for donating bread and water for the trip over the five days so I don’t go hungry.

“I’d also like to show my appreciation to our former full back Andy Fensome, whose business AF Signs has kindly branded the Duckmobile with STF90 logos.

“I’ll be on BBC Radio Lancashire early on Monday morning before I take flight and I’m sure the national television cameras will be with me at various times during my trip to monitor my progress.”

Tickets for the PNE Day are available now on the Preston North End website priced £10 for adults, £5 for concessions, £2 for U16s and free for Mini Whites.
