Illustrations of Preston landmarks are going on sale throughout the city.
Local designer and illustrator, Dave Robinson, has created a set of city scenes of iconic Preston buildings – from the Bus Station to The Splash at Deepdale.
A total of five landmarks will be available, 35p for postcards up to £60 for a set of A4 prints.
Dave Robinson said: “Being a designer and illustrator, I am very lucky to work on some interesting projects. I am always doodling and drawing and thought an illustrated range of Preston landmarks would be of interest to people as proud of their city as I am, and I thank the council for taking this on.”
Dave has been producing work for the city council for a number of campaigns, including its latest litter leaflets.
Mayor of Preston, Councillor Veronica Afrin, said: “These are wonderful illustrations of some of Preston’s best known landmarks, and now you can hang them on your wall.
“Dave is obviously very talented and has shown how proud he is of his city by producing this exclusive range for the council. I would like to thank Dave for his magnificent work.”
Preston’s visitor information centre will be one place stocking the artwork.
