Television vans all set and ready for the snooker

Today the television vehicles were all parked-up and ready to transmit productions, Snooker Hall was prepared and all ready to go for the first of the tournaments to begin. Preston’s Guild Hall is once again hosting the event after so many years of absence. It felt great to see it all back again and Prestonians can be proud once more that the city is involved with such a high profile sport.

Tomorrow, Wednesday 26th March, the Hall is expected to be packed as Ronnie O’Sullivan will be competing. One of today’s spectator fans remarked, “this is what I hoped we would get again in Preston, it’s been a long time and I’m over the Moon about it”.
