Forum are doing a BBQ selling their much-loved burger.
Speciality tea and cake from the Mystery Tea House are going to be on offer.
The Winckley Square Weekender runs on Friday 2 May and Saturday 3 May and is being organised following a similar event during the Preston Guild.
Tim Joel, events manager at Preston City Council said: “There is a real public desire to maintain the spirit of the Guild and Winckley Weekend takes a mix of Guild activities and themes and incorporates them into this weekend of festivities.
“The Square, Winckley Street, Guildhall Street and Cannon Street will be alive with a vintage market, world food & drink from the Winckley businesses, live music, classic cars, fairground rides and even a giant dragon Veronica to entertain the crowds.
“The weekend will really highlight the assets of the Winckley area and show off the potential, showcasing an eclectic mix of traders and professional services ahead of the area undergoing major improvements.”
The event runs from 11am to 10pm on the Friday and from 10am to 10pm on the Saturday.
