Is work beginning on new Cottam homes?

The Cottam development has been slow in getting started

Diggers have appeared on the land off Cottam Way due for development.

Barratt Homes are due to build more than a hundred new homes but the fenced off Cottam site has seen no action until now.

Paul Melling snapped two diggers smoothing out the area near to the Preston Sports Arena.

Cottway Way is off Tom Benson Way in the West of the city, which is due to see more than 5,000 new homes built over the next ten to 15 years.
