Nine spectacular pictures of Preston Marina as it turns 25

Preston’s Marina turns 25 years old this weekend and to celebrate we’re showing it off in its best light.

Tony Worrall, who runs the Preston Flickr group and has been a long time contributor to Blog Preston, regularly takes pictures of the Marina and Preston Docklands.

A Tony Worrall sunset picture is a regular on Twitter of the Docks basking in the glow of the sun going down.

So to mark the Marina reaching its quarter century here are some fantastic pictures of a place where Prestonians like to go for a stroll, particularly on a warm summers evening.
