Fishergate’s new road layout has claimed a few front bumpers.

Preston road policing unit say it was only a matter of time before the layout caused issues.

The shared space layout was introduced in October but has proved controversial. The second stage in the new look Fishergate is currently being worked on up to the Church Street end, and a third stage will take the new layout round to Preston Bus Station.
