Hopfest, Preston Grasshoppers beer festival to be held this July

Preston Grasshoppers are set to host a beer festival over a weekend in early July.

The local sports club will host the event across the weekend of July 3-5 and will feature live music.

The event, named Hopfest – Hoppers Beer Festival, is expecting to see a range of drinks for all real ale lovers to enjoy as well as cask beer, craft ales, lagers and cider.

The £3 entry fee will include a programme and a festival glass to keep. Live performers are yet to be announced, and the event will also see a visit from shire horses.
