Preston Food Festival got started on Friday with a cooking demonstration from Aazam Ahmad.

The festival has a number of stands across the Flag Market serving dishes from across the globe.

You can enjoy a Bratwurst sausage, an Ostrich burger or a healthier salad option.

Meats of the World stand

Aazam was working hard to get the crowd entertained as he cooked up a storm for passing workers on their lunch break.

The festival is on from 10am to 6pm and Tony Worrall snapped a couple of pictures below.
