The Ferret is having a 1950’s makeover for one day only as it hosts a variety of family fun events at the end of the month.
AdvertisementThe fun day, Sausagefest 2015, is the first of its kind at the Ferret and will be held on Sunday August 30 with a host of American milkshakes and differently styled hot-dog toppings appearing on the menu.
As well as food and drink, local musicians and DJ’s will be performing throughout the day including Ferret favourite Cactus Knife.
There’s also plenty for the kids to enjoy as Little Chipolatas Fun Day will host activities, games and drum and samba lessons. This will run from noon until 6pm, costing £2 or free with an adult ticket for the remainder of the event. Sausagefest continues until midnight with tickets costing £5 in advance.
More acts will be announced over the coming days, and for more information and the latest line-up visit the event Facebook page by clicking here.
