An elderly man was taken to hospital after a crash in the centre of Preston.

The 91-year-old man was injured after the collision with a Fiat car in Ward’s End, close to the Guild Hall.

He is being treated for a broken pelvis after the incident.

Police closed the road for two hours from 12.50pm on Monday 12 October.

Anyone with information can call 101 quoting incident reference 0543 of October 12.
