Video: EDL and UAF Demonstrations

29th, November 2010 by

I’ve edited together the short clips of video that I got from Saturday’s demonstrations in the town centre. The quality isn’t broadcast-standard, but I still think it gives a good depiction of the day’s events. More posts from our EDL & UAF coverage: Extra police ensure peaceful protests take place EDL and UAF Demonstrations: Audio Slideshow of the day Bodyblow for Preston’s small businesses after [...]

28th, November 2010 by

We had a lot of photographers documenting yesterday’s demonstrations in the town centre. Instead of just showing you the photos in a normal post I thought it’d be good to compliment the fantastic photography with some audio that I recorded yesterday. Below is an audio slideshow that should give you an accurate depiction of what the demonstrations were like. Tomorrow I’ll be posting some edited [...]

Preston Bus Station: picture special

18th, November 2010 by

With the Tithebarn regeneration project looking likely to go ahead, Preston’s historic Bus Station could soon be a thing of the past. There have been mixed views, and many debates about whether the building should remain; whether it is a work of art, or an eyesore. With an overwhelming amount of sites to take in, I thought it’d be good to visualise some of the information rather than [...]
