Preston Tringe Festival
The open to all, Preston Tringe festival is now just over a month away and it is promising to bring you an amazing mixture of theatre, music, comedy and magic from all over the U.K.
Don’t forget that the festival will be kicking off on the 24th July and will be bustling with arts and acts until 1st August. This week, we’re taking a look at what the Blackpool, Fylde and Cumbria participants have to offer us in the form of theatre, magic and undoubtedly a little bit of mayhem.
New Local Writers @ Preston Tringe
The infamous Preston Tringe Festival, which captures the brave and bold talents of theatre, comedy, magic and music will be kicking off on the 23rd July and will be entertaining us until the 1st August.

The Preston Tringe is swiftly approaching and the clock is now ticking for groups to apply and be part of it, with the deadline being May 10th. So, what are you waiting for – whatever you talent is, give it a go, it’s a chance to share your gift with the world!

Preston Tringe Festival 2010
After the success of the first and highly acclaimed Preston Tringe festival last year, this year’s line up is already bursting with acts to appear at venues across the city centre.

Charlie Chuck @ The Continental
Reeves and Mortimer’s famous ‘Uncle Peter’ will be visiting The Continental on Thursday 17th September for a laugh-packed first edition of the venue’s new monthly ‘Comedy Lounge’ event. Charlie Chuck (real name David Kear) is a well-known stand-up comedian in his own right and has performed to packed houses around the country, including Preston’s 53 Degrees. read article »
