An appeal to find a bike stolen from a man while he was riding it has been launched. Preston Police are hunting a man who jumped a 20-year-old cyclist while he was riding through the Grange Estate. Terence Utting has been fined £200 by Preston Magistrates Court after letting his dog relieve itself on 22nd October and not picking it up. This photo snapped by local photographer Bernie Blackburn shows the Furness Railway 20 being transported to the Ribble Steam Railway. Ribble Steam Railways will be taking delivery of the Furness Railway Number 20 on February 9th before it makes its debut at a special event.
