Yesterday morning, hundreds of people took part in the Preston Guild 5k race, the first in a series of Guild races that will take place in the city throughout the year. A leisure centre in Preston will take part in the world’s biggest fundraising swim this weekend to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. The Preston Sky Ride will take place in June and offers the chance for thousands to enjoy traffic-free cycling around the city.
