One of the Vulcan bombers final flights is to come over the skies of Preston during Saturday afternoon.
AdvertisementPrestonians are going to be looking up to take a look at where the plane goes as it roars above the city.
The route for the Northern leg of its tour has been revealed and here’s when you can see it on the outskirts of Preston, where it has a number of turning points.
It will reach just North of Clitheroe at 2.45pm. It will swoop over Salmesbury at 2.45pm.
Rural Inskip will see the bomber do a turn at 2.50pm before it passes over Warton at 2.55pm.
In just ten minutes from then at 3.05pm it’ll be down at City Airport in Manchester.
