Stargazing Live had been due to take place in the Fylde Road car park, formerly the Goss factory site, but the University of Central Lancashire has postponed it.

The event is now due to take place on Wednesday 13 January 2016.

It had been organised for Tuesday evening to coincide with British astronaut Tim Peak being launched to the International Space Station and the BBC Stargazing Live show.
